REVIEWS
“Nearly a year later and I’m still on the hot yoga shout out! Have you ever done something successfully for a length of time then something messes with you(Covid)? And you stop doing it and think well, there goes that! Well that’s not me, this time I’m back to loving the infrared hot yoga at Glow as much if not MORE than ever before. I know people think, oh I don’t want to sweat and it’s got to be just awful. I’m here to tell you, especially this time of year….that heat feels completely awesome. I would love to meet you at a class (first one is free) and see what you think. Remember to check the class descriptions as that will tell you how hot that particular class can get. It’s beyond a blessing to have Tana back in the community. She has built a team of wonderful instructors and they completely care about their yogis!!”
“I absolutely love this yoga studio. The classes are held in a 90-105-degree studio, and the experience feels both intentional and luxurious. One of my favorite touches is the cold cloth with lavender oil offered at the end of class (if you choose) — incredibly relaxing and grounding.
What truly sets this studio apart, though, is the mindfulness. The instructors consistently remind you what yoga is really about, beyond just the physical practice. I learn something new every time I take a class, whether it’s a perspective, a cue, or a moment of reflection.
I make a point to visit yoga studios whenever I travel, and I’ve practiced in New York, Paris, and Tokyo. This studio stands out as the most luxurious and thoughtful experience I’ve had. Try it once, and you’ll love it.
